Bakery and Confectionery
Bakery and Confectionery Laboratories are equipped according to the international standards keeping in mind the student needs for skill development. Special equipment has been provided for the students in order to attain desired results in the field of sugar confectionery and Couverture Confectionery.

The IHM - Shri Shakti has five full-fledged training kitchens and bakeries. The kitchens are planned by professional chefs considering all aspects of students and instructor accessibility along with the present professional hotel kitchens.

Training Restaurants
IHM - Shri Shakti has two fine-dine restaurants open for lunch on all working days and offers a contemporary classical menu with both Table d'hôte and À la carte. Students prepare and serve the food using French and English food service styles in the formal dining room. A full fledged display bar has been provided to introduce the student to the basic principles of food and beverage service.

Front Office
Developed through the input of industry and academic experts, the front office department educates the student as per the demand of hospitality employers. The method of teaching followed here ensures that we bridge the gap between industry and academia.
Role-playing, situation handling, Automatic and non-automatic Procedures are used for training. The lab is fully equipped with LCD computers and IDS- Hotel Management Software to update the Students with latest technology used in the Hotels.

Well equipped language lab with advanced interactive software helps the students to enhance their communication skills.
A well equipped computer lab with necessary software to teach and train student in computing skills. Language lab for honing spoken English among other skills is an added benefit.

House Keeping
Housekeeping department equipped with latest machines and tools, laundry machines and flower decorating section. For hands-on experience, House Keeping department is attached with a Model Guest Room for students practice.

Hostel Facility
Facility is available for 'Boys' and 'Girls' within the Campus.
Accommodation with common bathrooms allotted on first come first serve basis. A cot, table, chair and locker are provided to each inmate. All other necessary items will have to be brought by inmates themselves.
Common facilities include TV, Indoor & Outdoor Sports, Gymnasium, Common Study rooms. Adequate dinning facilities are available for students.
Students may reserve their rooms in advance while submitting their application forms. Reservation will be based on their registration for the course with the admission office.

Students are provided with basic amenities like cot, Table, chair, cupboard in their rooms.

The Rooms are spacious, Airy, and Illuminated with the surroundings landscaped with greenery.

The water supply is for 24 hours. A generator ensures electric power supply to mess and common rooms.

The Hostel campus maintenance like cleaning /sweeping, pest control is out-sourced. The electrical repairs, and security services are round the clock.
