FOOD PRODUCTION AND PATISSERIE

Syllabus:1st Sem | 2nd Sem

To help fulfil the growing demand for educated and trained Chefs and other food preparation personnel at local, regional and national level. Certificate courses combine the theory, practical and industrial experience to prepare the students for entry level positions in the diverse and challenging food service industry.

Course duration: 1 ½ years out of which 24 weeks is industrial exposure training.

Eligibility: Pass in SSC or 10th or its equivalent.

Age Limit: Not more than 22 years (25 years for SC & ST)

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE

Syllabus:1st Sem

The certificate program is offered for those interested in developing their skills in food and beverage service leading to entry level jobs locally, regionally in the hotels and allied hospitality industries. Certificate courses combine the theory, practical and industrial experience to prepare the students for entry level positions in the diverse and challenging food service industry.

Course duration: 06 months out of which 4-6 weeks is industrial exposure training.

Eligibility: Pass in SSC or 10th or its equivalent.

Age Limit : Not more than 22 years (25 years for SC & ST)

 

POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN ACCOMODATION OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT

Syllabus:1st Sem | 2nd Sem

Admission is open to graduates, who wish to make a career in the hospitality industry in front office or housekeeping areas. Study consists of theory, practical and industrial exposure training experience at the hotels.

Course duration: 1 year out of which 24 weeks is industrial exposure training.

Eligibility: Pass in any degree or its equivalent.

Age Limit : Not more than 22 years (25 years for SC & ST)
